CircuitLounge operates using a dropshipping model, which means products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. Shipping times and delivery processes may vary depending on the supplier and shipping carrier.

We currently ship to customers within Australia.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery destination

  • package weight and dimensions

  • shipping method selected

  • supplier shipping rates

You will be able to view the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

4. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing time may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or due to supplier delays.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on the supplier and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may range from:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–10 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs, carrier delays, or supplier availability.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

  • Tracking availability depends on the supplier and shipping carrier.

  • If tracking is not provided, you may still contact us for updates.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • undeliverable orders due to incomplete address details

  • lost packages due to customer address errors

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at bilal.eldannaoui07@gmail.com. We will attempt to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable Australian taxes. For orders shipped from overseas suppliers, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately.

  • For damaged packages, please retain all packaging and provide photos for claims.

  • We will work with the supplier and shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
