Refund Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how CircuitLounge (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges for purchases made through our online store.
 

1. Overview

CircuitLounge operates a dropshipping model, which means products are shipped directly from suppliers. Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the policies of our suppliers.
 

2. Change of Mind Returns

We do not generally offer returns for change of mind purchases unless required by law or agreed upon by us.

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, please contact us at bilal.eldannaoui07@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to:

  • return shipping costs (customer responsibility)

  • restocking fees (if applicable)

  • item being unused and in original packaging

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at bilal.eldannaoui07@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and packaging

  • description of the issue

We will assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include:

  • replacement of the item

  • refund

  • store credit

4. Warranty Claims

Products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer or supplier, depending on the product and warranty terms.

We can assist you in the process where possible, but warranty resolution is subject to the manufacturer’s policies.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, we will:

  • inspect the item

  • process the refund within 5–10 business days

  • refund the amount to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. If your order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you may need to follow the return process.

7. Returns Address

If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without confirmation.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect:

  • opened or used products

  • items missing original packaging or accessories

  • products marked as final sale

9. Consumer Rights (Australian Consumer Law)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • is faulty

  • does not match the description

  • is not fit for purpose

  • fails to meet acceptable quality standards

This policy does not exclude your rights under the ACL.
